Shippers requirements:

 

1. You must provide a health certificate (not over 30 days old) for each horse. Montana has a number that must appear on the health certificate to enter the state. Call 406-444-2976 day or night for this number.  Illinois also has this requirement.  Call 217-782-4944 for this number.

2. You must provide a negative coggins (not over 12 months old) on each horse. Some states (CA, KY, MA, ME, MI, MT, NH, NV, OH, OR, PA, and WA) require only 6 months old.

3. You must provide a brand inspection, if required by any state in the route.

4. You must provide immunization records as the best layovers require them for everyone's protection.

5. You must provide a nylon halter and lead rope.

6. You must provide enough hay for the trip, as we do not wish to change the diet of the horse.

7. You must provide a blanket (if necessary).

8. You must provide mortality insurance (if desired).

9. You must provide any medication or special needs for each horse.

10. Leggings are NOT recommended and will not be reinstalled during transit.

 

An extra charge of $50.00 per hour will be imposed for:  A)  Waiting on paperwork;  B) Any delay of load time of more than 30 minutes; C)  Waiting for a knowledgeable person to show which horse to load;  D)  Waiting for a knowledgeable person to unload; E) Tack or tack boxes are charged an extra $10.00 to $100.00 per horse depending on the size and weight.

 

We provide one on one, 24-7, door to door, special service for our customers. We travel with cell phones and keep you posted during the trip. We never mix others horses without prior permission.
